8.1 FINTECH will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
8.2 Only cases involving breaches of privacy or fundamental rights have to be reported to the FDPIC, not successfully foiled or ineffective cyberattacks. The designated data protection officer must report data security breaches to the FDPIC if there is a high risk of adverse effects on the privacy or fundamental rights of data subjects.
The DPO within Fintech will follow procedure to predict the potential implications of the breach and carry out an initial assessment as to whether there could be an imminent danger, whether data subjects need to be notified and how this could be done

8.4 All electronic financial transactions entered into through our website will be protected by encryption technology.

11.6 Who has access to data?
